Fractured Square/Rectangle: Don't use a simple closed square. Instead, draw a square but leave small, intentional gaps at the corners or midpoints of each side. The line starts, draws most of the shape, and ends just before it closes.

Concentric Breaks: Create two or three rectangles, one inside the other. On each one, offset the position of the gap so the "break" in the line doesn't stack, creating a dynamic rhythm.
